Won the Inter-School Debate and Quiz competitions 3 years in a row.
Developed this app that made Editor’s Choice on App Store.
Won stipends as part of Google’s some code program( It was 2 years ago, I forgot the name)

Intended Major: CS/Software Engineering

I don’t see how asking for financial aid would hurt your chances. You have to take it into consideration that Cornell has one of the best CS program out there, so it’s probably going to be pretty competitive, but I think you have a good chance with those stats. Your ECs are pretty good as well.
