<p>You do have heavy course load and your EC is fine. But your GPA and standardized test scores are just around average (even below average for some) for Ivies admissions. With CR+M at 1430 and ACT at 28, they are not very impressive for Ivies.</p>

<p>So I should take the Sat and ACT in the fall?
And I believe my rank is top 5% 25/580 about.</p>

<p>AP scores play little role in admission. You just need to self report them. How many times have you taken ACT? You are at a dilemma situation. It is hard to say whether it is worth to try the SAT the 4th times. Statistics shows there is little improvement after 3rd attempt. Even if you get some small improvement, it may not look very convincing with 4 attempts. Perhaps you should try to improve your ACT instead. You may still try Ivies (particularly Cornell), but make sure you have some matching schools and a safety.</p>

<p>I have taken the ACT once and I believe results come out tomorrow for the second one I took. Hopefully killer essays and recs will help me get into something good.</p>
