First of all, focus on your GPA and test scores, particularly the latter one. Right now, they are below admission average at UM. Also, you will need to prepare a portfolio for Ross application.

Portfolio?

If you will be applying to either Stern or Ross, you want high standardized test scores. A 33 on the ACT or a 1500 on the SAT, along with two 700s+ on SAT subject tests, should be what you are aiming for. Your GPA is great. Your ECs are okay, and your legacy will probably help at Michigan

What more can I do for better ECs? Since I’m applying for business, is it a good idea to start a company? I’ve been thinking about (and have tried to before) start a clothing brand or social media marketing company.

Your GPA seems good. You should start getting ready for standardized tests- it’s getting a little late.

You need to get the GPA up and certainly increase your SAT scores to have a chance at Stern or Ross. Also, your extra-circulars are very light, and show neither leadership nor an interest in business. Try and find an internship that offers both leadership or business experience. As of now, chances are low that you will get into these prestigious undergraduate business schools.
