Frequently writing Haikus in Japanese and have submitted them as a portfolio
Film documentaries of my life in an American prep school and post them on the “Chinese Youtube”. Currently have 100k followers.

Google Oberlin common data set and see where your GPA and test scores fall with respect to their admissions profile. If you’re in the upper 25%, chances are very good. Lowest 25%, not so good. In the middle, it’s a toss up.
Overall your grades and test scores look pretty good to me and the multilingualism would be a plus.

Despite that I know few about Biochem I believe that the only reason for you to get rejected is your being overqualified. Every school except for Georgetown are low match to you and I would strongly suggest you to aim Higher given your ACT, ECs and academic standing.
