Chance Me at Pitzer

I just read that in the past year that Pitzer's admission rate has gone down significantly. While Cappex.com says that I'm in the middle, however, I'm not sure if after the 9 point decrease I still have a chance to be accepted. I would love to get accepted into Pitzer as it is my first choice and I feel that I would fit in perfectly there.

Hey deewhy,
Technically, Pitzer has indeed grown more selective in the past few years. However, this exclusivity arose mainly because of an advertising push made by the school admissions office. Pitzer is still looking for the most fitting students, no matter what any statistics say or how they have performed in traditional education situations. If you’re serious about applying, I’d recommend a prospective visit if possible. If that doesn’t work, I’d investigate their program through My Collegei (I’d double check the spelling there though… hahah.) Showing interest can only do you good in the admissions process. Best of luck, and I hope to see you next year!
