<p>Please tell me my chances at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I'd like to apply Early Decision, in hopes that that will increase my chances.</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA: 3.2
Top 35 - 40% of my HS class
SAT: 1810
Only one AP class but it's an AP Computer Science class which is what I would like to major in at RIT. I also have one full year of web design and visual basic programming classes so I'm hoping they'll see that and be interested in me.
As far as community service goes, I have 100 hours at a soup kitchen for the homeless.
I also have four years on the varsity tennis team and got voted captain for my senior year.</p>

<p>What are my chances of getting into RIT if I apply with Early Decision? What should I work on to increase my chances? Thank you so much!</p>

<p>I think you actually have a fairly decent chance… What’d you get out of 1600?</p>

<p>Also, how the hell did you get top 35-40% of class with a 3.2? I have a 3.4 and I’m not even 50%</p>

<p>Out of 1600, i got a 1200. And that class ranking is based on the weighted gpa of everyone in my high school. My weighted GPA is pretty decent, at least better than 35% - 40% of the kids in my school that is…
