My man! You are spectacular!
The only flaw I see is your SAT. You definitely want a 2100+ for these schools, but you can get away with 2000+, since you are so good already.
Match for Hopkins. You’ve got it.
Solid chances for Stanford. It’s unpredictable, but I’d like to say match as well. :)

I don’t know about JHU, but I agree with STheart. The only weak point is your SAT score. Stanford is very holistic, so that’s not a deal breaker. You’re a strong applicant, so you have a really good chance of getting in. Sadly, that still only about a 7% chance. Crazy, huh? Any chance you are first gen and low income? Your essays sound interesting, so that’s a plus. Good luck! Post on cc if you get in!

My father was born in California and my mother was born in El Salvador - I was born in Florida, so I’m not sure if that makes me first generation. My income is around 20K at the moment. I’m not sure if either of this helps, but let me know and thanks in advance!

first generation = first person in immediate family to attend college.

Based on your stats, I’d say:

Johns Hopkins - 6.2/10 for non BME and 6.7/10 for BME
Stanford - Impossible to predict. There’s no accurate way to chance anyone for Stanford (or other top schools like HYPM).

NOTE: I chance people out of 10 where 10=[Impossible] and 1=[Essentially guaranteed admission; super safety].

Stanford is erratic, just like the top Ivies. I know plenty of 4.0/2350+/major-ECs candidates who were rejected. However, fortunately for candidates such as you, they also are also known for accepting 3.5/1900/apparently-no-major-ECs students. It’s a reach but you have a chance.
