<p>what are my chances? especially if i apply early?</p>

<p>but the thing is i moved from one country to another (USA between Korea) so many times in my life that i never had a lot of time to fully develop something in one place
a lot of my awards are the ones i got in Korea
do you think those will count?</p>

<p>ED upenn - ur stats are good but it would be more advantageous for you to apply early to Upenn (stanford is a crapshoot)...</p>
