Organized and ran sixth grade tennis clinic
Country Club Tennis Attendant

If I attend Swarthmore I will be playing tennis, so the coach has my name in; I had an interview with an assistant dean of admission (on campus), attended an info session, tour, and had an overnight visit.

My common app. essay was good, I thought. It was about a tennis clinic I ran for sixth grade girls and I tied it back to my grandfather's impact on my life; he had dementia and passed away when I was a freshman, but he passed along his passions to me and taught me how to give back, etc.

My Why Swat? essay was pretty good. Not as original as it could be, but I started with an anecdote about babysitting a little girl that couldn't pick her favorite fairy and I realized I didn't have to pick a favorite interest; I could do them all at Swat.

I don't usually do this so sorry if it's too much or little :( but I'm so nervous!

Thanks for any advice!!!
