I am applying to Texas A&M, University of Texas, THE Ohio State University, and University of Pennsylvania. I am a Texas Resident.

Please Chance me and I will chance back if you need.

UT Austin=High Match
TX A&M=Match
Ohio State=High Match
Penn= HIGH reach

You definitely need to throw some safeties in there too. A&M is close to a safety but I would have a lower tier school in there as well.

Also thinking about applying to Florida State as a safety school… Does anyone know what my chances of getting into Florida State are? And if so, what are my chances of getting an OOS tuition waiver? Lastly, is their statistics department good?

If your parents make less than 60K on your AGI, you can qualify for Aggie Assurance, which is basically free tuition at Texas A&M if you keep your college GPA at a 2.5

My parents make enough money that I do not think I’ll be able to get financial aid from any of the colleges I plan to attend. My parents will only be able to help out a little bit, so the majority of my college funds will be student loans and any merit scholarships that I can get.

I decided to not apply to Upenn because I would have an extremely low chance of getting in due to my scores, no subject tests, regular decision, and no hook.

As a safety, I have applied to Florida State University. I am doing this because I am pretty sure I’ll be able to get in, their statistics department is pretty good (I could potentially get a BS + masters in 5 years), I think I’ll be able to get merit scholarships making it pretty cheap to attend, good social atmosphere, and it seems like a good school overall.

I just really hope can get the OOS tuition waiver at FSU. The cherry on top would be if I could also get other merit scholarships on top of the tuition waiver. This would actually make it cheaper to attend FSU than in state schools.

Hello I live in Austin but UT would be hard to get in for me. I really want to go to Texas am but I am worried I might not be able to get in. What are my chances?
