UC’s are very GPA focused so your UC capped weighted GPA will impact your chances even with a competitive SAT.

UCR and UCSC would be your best chances for the UC’s. CSUF and CSULB are good options for CS so best of luck.

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.40-3.79:

UCB: 1.8%
UCLA: 2.2%
UCSD: 7.2%
UCSB: 10.1%
UCI: 11.1%
UCD: 16.6%
UCSC: 43.8%
UCR: 63.3%
UCM: 88.7%

You look good except for the GPA. The weighted is kinda good, but unweighted is really bad, and UC capped is still low. Best shot at Merced.
UCM: low match
UCR: high match
UCSC: high match
rest are reaches

your gpa will make all the UCs you list pretty unlikely. I think you will probably get into Fullerton. Long Beach is probably 60/40 in your favor.

Good luck.
