<p>Suny Bing and Geneseo might be reaches, but you have a shot. Your chances for NYU are slim, but give it a shot anyway.</p>
<p>I’m basing this on college acceptances for the class of 08 at my school.</p>
<p>I would opt out of applying to Rutgers. A huge chunk are New Jersey kids, and the problem there is that a lot of elite students apply there as a safety. Thus, there aren’t as many spots for out-of-staters. Also, if you’re in New York, stay there. No sense in coming down here.</p>
<p>Did you take SAT? Many of these schools don’t require the SAT2. </p>
