Second, SAT Subject Tests will no longer be required, eliminating a barrier that has made otherwise high-performing students invisible to UC. However, the tests will still be considered as part of the application for any student who takes them and chooses to submit such scores, just as Advanced Placement tests are considered (but not required) now. SAT Subject Tests also may be recommended for applicants to particular majors.

Leadership experience looks good, should help you make the cut at least one of your UC choices.

?? is the reputation of your HS. With your academic stats, big differentiation in admittance rates based on that. Nothing you can do about it so just work on upping
test scores a little if possible. Take the SAT 2’s but only submit after if they are in top 5% or so. Good luck and have some backups. UC’s are a crapshoot.

I plan on taking SAT II’s In Chemistry, Biology and Math level 2, hopefully I can do great on these. Major wise, I would like to do something in mathematics. I realize I need to up my SAT I’s Math scores, and do great on the SAT II Math level 2, Thanks for your responses! guys
