All these same like matches for you. With your ACT score you should aim a little hire. Possibly Ivy?

But ACT score is not the only thing that determines your success at getting in to a college now does it
Thank you for the kind words! @batebate

UW-Madison and UIUC are safeties for nobody: both are very proud, internationally renowned research universities responsible for many Nobel Prizes. Both are better known abroad than Wash U and Northwestern, and both are arguably stronger at the PhD/genius level. Compare the number of top-20 programs among those four schools…

The only safety on your list is Michigan State.

Purdue is very strong in STEM and is decent all-around.

@prezbucky Chance me for every school i have listed please. Thank you

Hey LetterPurple thanks for chancing me!
Since I’m still a student and may not be a really good person to chance others, but here’s what I thought:
Your ACT is just amazing, and your weighted GPA is awesome too!
Your class rank, SAT IIs, volunteer hours = great!
I heard that it’s really good to have an upward trend in grades, so good for you!
EC=AMAAAAZING! Leadership positions in so many areas are not something many people have and something I am jealous of.

So personally, I think you are either safety or match for all of them, and with a good essay, super super good chance for all
Good luck for both of us

OMG thank you!
You are seriously lifting my spirits

Really great resumé you have there!
UIUC: Match
UW-Madison: Match/high safety
Purdue: High Safety
Michigan State: Safety
Northwestern: Low Reach
WUSTL: Low Reach (although I must say that their admissions decisions are a little unpredictable because of wanting to maintain a high yield rate… really anything could happen)
Michigan: High Match

I’d say UIUC and UW Madison are matches, maybe even low matches. You’ll likely get into all of these schools

@Gooner10 Thank you! :)

looks really good!
should be able to make it in as far as umich and below
wash u and northwestern are slight reaches but dont lose any hope on them!

BUMP :D

BUMP

wow nobody replied in one week?

Your kidding right? Though at UIUC Asian students say they seem to have to have higher than average stats to get into their desired school and many opt not to say Asian. Not sure if that is true. You are a shoe in for all and perhaps a wee bit issue with Michigan and Northwestern; But I know people at both with less stats than you.

Oh Northwestern and out of state Michigan get loads of stats all the time. They are more interested in passion such as a friend was a professional dancer, another wrote computer programs, and one started a free travelling nail painting to senior homes, she got into ALL of her college choices with a 3.7 and a 33 ACT! Even IVY, all because she used her weekends to visit old people homes and paint their nails!!!
