Chance me at University of Virginia

Could someone give me a "guesstimate" regarding my chances of getting into the University of Virginia (Charlottesville)?

GPA- 3.98 on a 4.0 scale. 96.14 on a 100 point scale. I don't know what it would be on a 5.0 scale
Rank- 19/223

SAT- 1820/2400 (I know..not great AT ALL.)

AP Scores- 4 on AP English Language and 4 on AP U.S. History. (I am currently taking AP Environmental Science, AP English Literature, AP Calculus AB, and AP Psychology)

Lots of community service, including serving dinner at a homeless shelter once a month, teacher's assistant once a week (Sunday school), tutoring kindergarteners once a week, and tons of other random things that are not as "regular"

Freshman Class Student Council Representative, Secretary of Student Council (Soph. year), Junior Class Student Council Representative, Senior Class Council Representative

Communications Vice President (2011-12), Religious and Cultural Vice President (2012-13) President (2013-14) of my youth group

Student of the Year Freshman and Sophomore year

Member of National Honor Society
Member of International Thespian Society (don't think they care though)
Member of Jewish Student Union at school
Member of Communications Committee at school (gives tours to prospective students and parents)

lots of school theatre and community theatre (don't know if this matters either)

Is this enough information? Thank you for your time! I know my SAT scores are poor, but do you think the extracurriculars will push me through?

UVA: Reach

3.98 UW gpa combined with a 1820 SAT would raise a red flag.

Where do you live?

Might want to go to Brandeis instead… you wouldn’t have to send the SATs there.

I live in Texas.

I assume Texas A&M is your safety then…

No Texas State is. Ugh, I know my SAT is not good :(

^^^^

Just for clarity …
I never said your SAT score was “not good.”
A three-score 1820 is certainly respectable.

All I’m saying is (a) it is not a U-Va level SAT score and (b) it does not “match” your UW gpa (and would thus raise a red flag about the level of the classes you took). That’s all.

UVA OOS: fairly high reach

Up SAT score to help chances a lot. Your score is way too low for consideration. 3.98 GPA but barely top 10% is also somewhat of a concern.
