International business is a program at the Behrend campus. I don’t think you can finish at UP with an international business major…unless it’s under a different name?

Ok, well, with marketing that’s in the Smeal College of Business which is THE hardest college to get into at Penn State. They generally accept about 10% of their applicants, and those applicants have much higher SAT scores than that. See what you get with your SAT score in October. If you can get it up significantly that will help. What is your Unweighted GPA? How many honors and AP classes have you taken. All of this matters.
In general though, I’d say to apply DUS (undecided) and work towards Marketing from there. There are about a thousand threads explaining the benefits of that on here so just search around to see.
