I am a college sophomore studying electrical engineering at Hofstra, looking to transfer to USC next year. What do you guys think my chances are with these stats:

HS-
GPA: 92.92 unweighted, 95.43 weighted (took a pretty rigorous course load with all honors and AP classes).

SAT: 760 M, 630 CR, 630 W (2020 total)
SAT II: 800 Math IC, 640 Chem, 690 Bio

AP's: Calc BC (5), Economics (5), Biology (5), Psychology (4), Physics B (3), European History (3), American History (2).

I was involved with the Student Council and was Captain of the Math Team.

College-
GPA: 3.67 freshman year, I expect that to go up to around a 3.75 by the end of the semester and I will have completed a total of 63 credits (including AP) by this point. Also, I have an A in all my technical classes (Engineering, Calc, Computer Science, Physics, Chem) except for one class in which I got an A-.

I am also involved in a couple of clubs in college so far.

So what do you guys think my chances of getting into USC engineering are? I really want to go to the West coast, so if anyone has any suggestions on other schools that would be a good fit for me, please let me know. Thanks.

you have a solid chance!

thanks
also do you guys think I have a shot at UCLA and Rice as well as USC?
