Currently a junior in high school.

Quick Summary-

UW GPA: 3.89
W GPA: 4.03
Class Rank: 49/681 (my school is SO competitive but I'm definitely top 10%)
APs (my school has limits): sophomore year - World History (5)
junior year: Lang/Comp, Environmental, U.S. History. I'll get those scores in July
senior year: taking Lit/Comp, AP Gov, AP Psych, AP Stats
SAT I: 1850 (I know... horrendous.. but I took it in May my first time so I'll be studying the entire summer to get past the 2000's)
SAT II: Took U.S. History, getting scores back in a couple days, taking others in fall

Extracurriculars:
- each high school in my district has different programs (like computer tech, biomedicine, TV production, etc.) and the one I attend has an art program where I "major" in creative writing, the focus of my studies besides my APs.
- student leadership class that requires about 100+ hours of service. it's a selective class that plans everything from homecoming to food drives, and is also responsible for the green recycling program at my school
- besides that.. I'm really slacking on extracurriculars. I can't play sports because of injuries and I almost feel like it's too late to join clubs.

Awards/Honors:
- National Honor Society
- Academic Letter every year
- Math Student of the Year (shows my drive because I suck at math.)
- National Scholastic Art & Writing Awards Southeastern Gold Key Winner for Poetry
- Statewide Writing Contest 1st place for Nonfiction, cash prize
- Writing published in school literary magazine x2
- Photography published in school art magazine x4
- Published in a national book of student writing x5
- Published in George Mason University's anthology of student writing

Miscellaneous:
- I was selected to attend the Virginia Residential Governor's School for the Humanities! I'll be leaving in a couple weeks :)
- family income: 100K
- oh and I guess it's important to say I'm a white female lol

Essay material:
- My father has an inoperable brain tumor and is currently unemployed. He is a 100% disabled war veteran

Other schools I'm interested in:
William & Mary, Columbia (a pipe dream I've had my whole life, but I'd be a legacy), New York University, Boston College, Barnard College

If all of these schools are reaches maybe someone can suggest match schools?
