Anyone? any takers?

Hi ikcezag, although your ACT is on the lower end of the middle 50%, it will just be one aspect of your application that Whitman takes into account. Your upward trend in GPA and the active participation in your school and wider community will carry quite a bit of weight. They are looking for intelligent, engaged, and energetic students who will come to campus and get involved. Whitman is rigorous academically, so be prepared to work hard, but the atmosphere is supportive and the faculty are accessible and willing to help. The student body is outgoing and very friendly. Best of luck!

Thank you for the reply. I have an interview with Whitman soon and I hope that goes well! Anyone have any opinions on my chances of getting into Bates Early Decision. I already sent in my application for ED, but I sent in my ACT score of 28 and I’m not sure that was the wisest decision. I am asking for a large amount of FA from Bates, and I am sure that will be a factor in my acceptance. Chance me and I’ll chance back!

Anyone have any thoughts on my chances ED to Bates?
