A good chance with the ROTC part put in (that gives you an advantage if I’m correct?). Only thing that confuses me is your SAT score. Was it an off day or something? ACT is also a little low? You could just be a bad test taker but getting the ACT to around a 30-32 or the SAT up to about at least a 650-700 section average would be helpful. Good luck.

Ive only taken each test once. I took the ACT when it was administered through the State and scored a 30 but there was no writing so most schools will not accept the scores.

Your unweighted GPA is solid but as you know your test scores are quite low for most of your schools. Of your ROTC schools, BU and Georgia are the only ones where your test scores register in the middle 50th%-tile. Everything else is a reach. I don’t know that the ROTC approach is enough to help you. The other state schools are very competitive for OOS.

I don’t know anything about your Non-ROTCs. You should look to add some safety ROTCs.
