What are my chances for:

Barnard College
Connecticut College
Boston College
Bowdoin College

Hi,

Bowdoin is definitely a reach I would say. Your SAT 1 score seems a bit low, I suggest getting that up to be a more competitive applicant.

Good luck!

With your stats, you’ll get into Boston College for sure. Never heard of the others, but if you raise your SAT score, you’ll be that much more of a competitive applicant.

Thanks for responding!
@smileygirl: YES Bowdoin is such a reach for me. I’m honestly not sure I’m applying. :/

No problem! and I really suggest that you should apply- it won’t hurt your chances right? I’ll check the stats from previous classes at my school to see if it helps to apply ED or something and I’ll let you know

Holy Cross(don’t need to be religious) is similar to Boston College-both Jesuit schools. HC is also SAT optional like Bowdoin, and has nice campus 1 hour from Boston.

^ Holy Cross is not as competitive/difficult to get into as Boston college
