I’m a musician. I conduct and play/have played (for a considerable amount of time): Alto Saxophone (general), Baritone Saxophone (Symphonic), Clarinet (Rowan). Also learned flute and trumpet as a way to prepare for marching band. Played bass guitar In a band that had performed publicly. Trying out for all-South Jersey (was sick last year, couldn’t try out) for the first time in seemingly forever, wish me luck!!

And as you can see I switched my plan from medicine to business. It’s nice to include things so that I did nothing during summers and etc etc.

CHANCE ME CHANCE ME CHANCE ME. Because I want to be on the cover of Forbes magazine

bump 10char

You’ll get in to wharton since your mom works at UPenn and you are ED.

Hah, I’m really hoping so. If I don’t get in ED I’ll be upset for a while.

Any other opinions?

Don’t worry. kids who are linked to UPENN, get into UPENN. Don’t worry. you will get ED no matter what it’s a 99.9999999/0.0000001

Say what if I got rejected by Wharton, since I know an Asian kid who had even better stats than me and got deferred. How would I match up for the rest of my list?

Chicago - high match
NYU Stern - low reach
Michigan Ross - low reach
Georgetown - high match
Virginia - mid/high match
UNC - match
Columbia - reach
Cornell - low reach
Rutgers - in
Penn State - in
Syracuse - in

Thanks.

Any other opinions? :)

bump.

Rejected from UPenn, I’m still sad.

I can’t believe I forgot to add these - I attended a summer business camp at Drexel University this year. And I had joined drumline last year, played marimba… new chances?

Chicago: Low reach/ Match
NYU Stern: Match
Michigan Ross: Match
Georgetown: Low Reach/Match
Virginia: Low Reach/Match
UNC: Match
Columbia: Reach
Cornell: Reach

Your stats look solid, so perhaps you were rejected from Wharton due to lack of business focus in your ECs. The thread title is great and funny, but I sincerely hope you represented more intrinsic motives for a business education in your essays. If so, you should have a decent shot at Cornell, they will certainly value your musical talents.

Good Luck!

noooo like Travie McCoy!!
