<p>I am a female student at a competitive Catholic High school in California. I have a 3.8 GPA and a 1920 SAT Score. I have received 2 fours on AP tests. I have strong recommendations, plenty extra curriculars, and strong essays. I already know that it is definitely a reach, but would appreciate honest chances. Thank you!</p>

<p>That is just my cumulative GPA, I honestly have no idea if it is weighted or unweighted. I have taken four years of language. 2 APs last year and one this year. My grades have basically gone up steadily since sophomore year. Latest semester GPA is 4.2. Thanks!</p>

<p>A low match has 2 different definitions, depending on who you ask: the poster above uses a low match as a near-reach while a low match is a near-safety to me.</p>
<p>People for whom Boston College is a low match would, with the ECs you have, be 3.9UW/2300 students.</p>
