I'm from a small rural town in central Brazil and I attend a private school.
I'm the first student ever to seek admission in a US University
I also have a Brazilian native ancestry and both of my parents came from very poor families.

SAT I - 1350/1900 ( bad writing score ;/ ) SAT II - 700 WHistoy 680 French
TOEFL: 110 ( bad writing again ;/)
Rank: 3/312
GPA: 9.5/10 ( I guess it would be close to a 4.0 in US)
My school does not offer AP courses, but our curriculum is highly competitive</p>

I'm applying to the Ivies ( Cornell doesn't regard the Writing portion, so I may have a better shot there ) and to some Liberal Arts Colleges.</p>
