My school is pretty competitive. Little more than 10% have higher than 4.4 weighted but that may be due to a lot of them just taking honors.
I might be able to bump up about .02 points after first term grades come in.

- did good here, settled a problem that they were working on for two years (they didn’t work on it everyday but it was a pretty big problem); also, very well known director who likes me; about 45-50 hours per week for 10 weeks

I can get one from the director but my counselor discouraged a full recommendation
