I also attended the Precollege Residential program at NYU this past summer, where I took 3 CAS classes over 6ish weeks and lived in the dorms, etc.
I recieved A's in forensic anthropology and criminology, and a pass in the college writing course (pass/fail grading). I currently have a 4.0 on my NYU transcript.

I've taken honors english the past 3 years, honors history courses freshman and soph years, 1 sem AP US soph year (dropped at semester due to family stuff), AP Biology last year, AP Calculus AB this year.

My letters of recommendation will be from my math teacher I've had for 2 years and aided for, as well as hopefully my criminology professor from over the summer at NYU (waiting on email).

With regard to essays, my essay on the NYU supplement for "Why NYU?" talks about my experience as a student this summer, they told us that's supposed to make a huge difference.

Chance me!

UW GPA is a bit low. The average is around 3.6 UW.

The same goes for SAT scores. Generally recommend 1950+ for CAS.

Your ACT on the other hand looks about average for NYU.
I would recommend submitting the ACT and not the SAT.

Pre-college won’t help all that much; it’s just like another EC.

Does your criminology professor know you well? You took a 6 week class from them; can they truly attest to your consistent academic performance? (I doubt it). It’s better to ask a teacher who REALLY KNOWS you than to try to be impressive. NYU doesn’t like students who try to inflate their applications with recommendations from people who don’t actually know them - e.g. your boss, internship director, etc. NYU is looking for recommendations that attest to the consistent excellent academic work of the student. Getting a professor who only taught you for 6 week may hurt you more than help.

NYU is a definite reach… Chances at RD are pretty low… you have a relatively decent chance at ED though. I’d probably recommend ED unless you’re not sure if you want to go.

My advice to you is to try to decide on a major. NYU has many sub-schools and therefore, knowing WHAT you want to do ahead of time can benefit you AND the admissions counselors. The only thing I saw worth noting (negative aspect) was your GPA. Mind you, the majority of applicants have a GPA within the same modal range. If not, it is higher. So, my advice is to really “stand out.” What does that mean? Well, to be honest, we are ALL trying to figure that out! Start with deciding on a major  You must put that down on your common app to begin with anyways.
