Im applying this year for fall 2015 and I'm wondering what are my chances. This is
Major: computer science

Currently have 3.4 gpa and after a year I will have around the same. (Predicted my grades for future classes and the worse situation is around 3.3 and possibly around 3.5 if I try hard enough)

No ECs except a part time job.
Colleges applying too:
Main choices: Uci, cal poly slo, cpp,
Backup: cs lb/ful
Will be done with most the major pre reqs for all the schools but not all. Do I have any chances? Also will be tagging Uci

You might have to go to your backups

Do you know the avg gpa for the schools? If by a miracle I ace everything and get a high 3.5 to 3.6 would I have a better chance?

Yes, higher GPA => better chance.

Would you be interested in UCSC or SJSU to be near Silicon Valley?

SJSU needed a 3.2 in 2012 and 3.3 in 2013 to transfer into CS. The similar software engineering major needed a 2.4 and 2.5 for transfers respectively. Of course, thresholds may change for this admissions cycle.

Note that the CSUs have some local area preference. See the following to determine whether you are in a local area for any of them:
