Top 10% of class (4.28 to 4.57) (School does decile ranking by GPA)
SAT Score Overall: 1880 (Reading: 580) (Math: 640) (Writing: 660/Essay: 10)
- This was my first time taking the SAT (last month) and I didn’t study for it. I plan on taking it 1 or 2 more times and I plan on getting at least 2000.
Freshman Year Classes: Religion (requirement for my high school), Advance English (highest course offered for freshmen), Chorus, Beginning Drama, Advance Spanish 1 (highest course offered for freshmen), Health, PE, Honors Geometry, Advance Biology (highest course offered for freshmen)
- I had all A’s except for Honors Geometry (B both semesters)
Sophomore Year Classes: Religion, Honors English 10, Choral Ensemble, Advance Spanish 2 (highest course offered for sophomore), Honors Algebra 2, Honors Chemistry, Advance World History
- I had all A’s both semesters
Junior Year Classes: Honors Physics, AP English, Honors Choir, AP US History, Religion, Honors Pre-Calculus, Honors Spanish III
- I had all A’s for the first semester except for AP English (B+)

- I will be in National Honor Society in the spring. I will be volunteering at the hospital soon (awaiting response from hospital) and I have acquired a summer internship at a doctor’s office during the summer.
Extra Info: I have been selected by my counselors for Chapel Hill’s Project Uplift. And each year from my school, about 80 students apply to Chapel Hill, but only half get admitted.
