CONS**- I have been to three different schools, so my 10th grade ECs are messed up. So in summary the Extra curriculars aren't really consistent, but rather towards the 11th and 12th grade... im not sure if this matters but its my only weakness now.

You’ll get in no doubt assuming you keep up the unweighted GPA. Seriously, I do not know why you posted this when obviously you are highly qualified.

Do not worry about the extracurriculars, they are good enough. Just present them well on your application and it should be fine.

Keep up the work and relax because you will get in. Until then, just keep on sailing.

You’re in. I only had ECs 11th and 12th grade.

how can colleges determine whether you were active or confirm your extracurriculars?

They don’t, the application is based on your honesty; it’s pointless to lie since they do not even give enough room to fill in what you have actually done. They give you like 200 words to explain extracurriculars. I was in 12 clubs and had enough room to put down only 6 of my top clubs.
Anyways, there is no doubt that you’re definitely on the path to getting in. All you really need is good SAT, good class schedule, and a solid volunteer/EC recognition. It seems as if you have all three.
