Circumstances: Indian male, reside in Illinois, northwest suburbs, go to a top public school of nation, grew up in harsh conditions and lived a hard immigrant life, older sister attending college,

Potential majors: Computer Science and Business, dual degree if possible

Schools I’m interested in: Any top-level schools, a special interest in UPenn and Columbia.

I am a pretty good student and expect to get good letters of recommendation as well.

Please recommend some schools for me to go to, possible dual degree programs, and any ideas for additional things I can do to increase my chances of admission.

You have impressive stats. As an Indian male, you are at somewhat of a disadvantage, because there are many students just like you applying to stem programs, especially computer science. It will all come down to whether or not your essays and recommendations resonate with the admissions staff.
