You should be fine, depending on how Penn State translates your grades from percent to GPA - but also know that Penn State doesn’t superscore their SAT. What is your highest SAT score in one sitting? That is what Penn State will look at.

Are you applying to the Cyber Security major within the College of Information Sciences or the Computer Science program in the college of Engineering? The latter will be much more difficult to get into as Engineering is very competitive at Penn State. Your Test scores are very good, so it will really depend on how Penn State calculates your GPA. GPA is 2/3 of the decision, Test scores are 1/3.
