But… They need to see good senior year grades if deferred. As you know being deferred is just part of the game. They will ask for first and sometimes second semester grades so keep doing what your doing and good luck.

I think you have a good chance. I agree with @Knowsstuff that you have to make sure you’re keeping good grades in your last year. Being deferred doesn’t mean you weren’t qualified enough with what you have already submitted, but it means what you do for the rest of the year may matter.
