Chance Me: Columbia Econ/Math Undergraduate Program

Hello. I am a current rising senior looking to apply to Columbia ED.

I was hoping you guys could give me a realistic estimate on whether I’ll get in, and anything I can do to improve my chances.

I want to go into Finance; I thought that might be relevant to mention.

Here are my stats:

Guidance Rec: My school is weird and we don’t have individual guidance counselors. Instead we fill out a questionnaire and resume and someone writes it based on those.

Common app essay is about life lessons I learned while working at my Dad’s bagel store.

I’m also a first gen college student.

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
