<p>My parents have very busy schedules so I have to take care of my sister for most of the year and during the entirety of the summer except when we are on vacation</p>

<p>high school is only three year from 10-12 grade</p>

ECs seem good as well, if you showed your passion towards medicine well in your essays and overall have a profile that values the depth of your activities rather than the breadth, they should be adequate.
Columbia and other Ivies are really a crapshoot for anyone, though. I’d say a reach! Best of luck!</p>
