Chance me! Cornell and Berkeley in particular.

Alright, I have a weak GPA but you guys tell me.

Academics:
Unweighted 9-11: 3.50
Unweighted 10 + 11: ~3.72 (not exactly sure, the point I'm making is it is an upward trend)
ACT:33 (would've been a 35 if I didn't get nervouse and bomb CR :P)
SAT IIs: Math 2: 780; Physics: 790; Chemistry: 750
AP tests: Calc AB 5; Chem 5; Phys B 4 (I was not enrolled in AP Physics B); APUSH 4;
Current courses: Symph Band; Jazz Band; Calc BC; AP Comp Science (Java, if it matters); AP Physics C; AP Music Theory; US Gov/Econ; English 4
Note on classes: I go to a very small highly esteemed school and I had major schedule conflicts so I couldn't take AP French 5, AP English 4, nor AP Gov.

Extracurriculars:
French Horn player (hard, uncommon instrument essential in orchestras and bands): I've been in various honours bands and orchestras and have made a professional audition tape for applications and it sounds great.
Ice Hockey: 1 year varsity (Sophomore), 3 years JV (Fresh, Junior, Senior [current]):
In my varsity year we finished 2nd in state champs, I went back to jv because the practice schedule was too intense if I wanted to turn my academics around.
Various other sports: judo, cycling, nothing as notable as hockey
Volunteering: I have the President's silver award and roughly 300 hours over all of highschool

Additional info: I have a letter of rec from a Cal professor(just for cal of course) and I am applying to Cornell ED (they have a very high acceptance for my school, so I'm still hopeful) both schools have am average GPA of 3.73 or so, so I am also wondering if there's anyway to display my 10-12 instead of my 9-12. Also, the GPA has strong upward trend.

Also, if you can name a good match school for me, go ahead.
