GPA (my school does numerical scale): 96.6 weighted, 90.6 unweighted (100 weighted Junior Year) - I messed up Freshman year with a 93.3 weighted</p>
<p>SAT 1: 640 CR, 800M, One sitting(1440);
Superscore: (1490); 690 CR, 800M - Cornell doesn't take writing. </p>
<p>SAT 2: Chem - 740, Math I-760 (ew), Math II - 740</p>

<p>Definitely a HIGH reach. Your weighted grades look up to par, but your SAT is low as well as your lack of awards. You have plenty of extracurriculars surrounding your inclined major, thus making it easy to see your passion and inclination towards a specific subject.
Your subject tests are relatively high, and I think they help with your chances.
Make sure your essays are amazing and you’ll have a sufficient chance.

<p>Their range is 1400-1520, and you have 1490 which is good…</p>
<p>You’re like an average candidate. So it is just a reach for you.</p>
<p>Cornell will be a reach for you. You need something that will stand out especially because your scores aren’t amazing.</p>
<p>You’re the typical applicant to Cornell from what I can see. I’d say it’s a Reach for you since your ECs don’t stand out and you have no honors whatsoever. I’d say just kill the written portions of the application if you want to get in. Good luck!</p>
