Don’t have much to add - but if science is your weak spot for ACT, consider taking the SAT. East and West Coast schools prefer it and no science. Plus, they got rid of old the horrible vocab.

UPenn (Wharton) - High Reach
UC Berkeley - Low Match/Low Reach
UMich (Ross) - Reach
Northwestern - Reach
Indiana University (Kelley) - Match
NYU - Low Match
Boston University - Low Match
UIUC - Low Match
UW-Madison - Match

You’ve got a decently competitive application for most of your schools. It’s not too strong but by no means weak either. For the highly prestigious schools like UPenn and NU, your chances are pretty slim, and you might want to consider EA or ED to improve them. Keep in mind though that no one is guaranteed a spot in these kinds of schools anyways. One thing for sure is that you need to improve your tests scores if you want to increases your chances at any of your schools. I also agree with @3589Annabel that you should at least try your hand at the new SAT. Otherwise, your rank is there and your GPA is there, so just keep it up!

You should also consider UV, UT, UNC, USC and UCLA

I think you need more in-depth involvement and achievements with some of the EC’s. It might just be the lack of specificity of your post, but it seems that you only have one or two awards for a few of your EC’s. It’s probably better if you have at least 3 or 4 since it shows you’re talented, compared to all the other students who just participate in these extracurriculars.

As it stands now, you have very little chance for Wharton. If your scores don’t improve significantly and you don’t have stronger business-related ECs, I wouldn’t waste your time applying ED there. Make sure your math scores are top notch. FWIW, I’ve always thought that the ACT Science section was the easiest to improve upon. You really need to know very little science and more about how to interpret graphs, tables and charts. You can easily improve your scores with practice. Good luck!
