<p>I would say that you have a good chance. Your stats aren’t as high as some people that got deferred, but you have a lot of EC’s that many don’t have. Remember: They aren’t just looking to see who has the highest ACT score and GPA, but also what kinds of EC’s you have and what kinds of activities you have been involved in. The fact that you have a 36 in math is good since you are applying to Engineering and that will probably help a lot. If I were you, I wouldn’t worry about it. Is Michigan your first choice?</p>

<p>Michigan is basically my first choice considering that I probably won’t get into cornell or columbia.</p>

<p>i heard that if you keep in contact with your admissions counselor it helps a lot because they are the last one to review your application… so i’d definitely do that :)</p>
