Chance Me Dartmouth ED

I’m thinking of applying ED to Dartmouth. One thing to note: I am a legacy and my dad still donates a pretty decent amount of money to the school. I know it’s a longshot, but I would regret it if I didn’t take it.

  • Various other volunteering jobs

One thing to note:
I suffered from pretty debilitating depression my freshman year and first half of sophomore year. I literally couldn’t do anything and my grades took a massive hit because of it. I didn’t get involved in clubs, didn’t do do homework, didn’t do anything. After many years and medications, I eventually beat it and my grades improved and I became more active outside of the classroom.

Your stats aren’t the best for Dartmouth. I think the fact that you have legacy, and your father donates to the school may help a bit, but I’d say it’s not very likely. Doesn’t hurt to try, though.
