<p>GPA: I will be a junior at the start of next school year, but when I graduate I expect my GPA to be a 4.7 (weighted).
SAT: I expect high 700s in CR, 500 or 600 in M, and 700s in W.
ECs: Eagle Scout, President of Political Science Club, Church Youth Group, Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, German Club. I also volunteer at a Cub Scout Day Camp for one or two weeks every summer. </p>

<p>I also plan on interning for a local politician at some point. </p>

<p>I am a highly motivated and skilled student (although not so talented in the math or science areas).</p>

<p>What are my chances for acceptance at Davidson? And will it help me that I am Presbyterian and my father is a Presbyterian pastor?</p>

<p>Really hard to tell without actual scores. You can look on website to see where you fall in their student class with regard to score/grades. Davidson tracks interest so make contact with area representative and visit if possible. Check scholarships page to see if being minister child gives any scholarship possibilities…not sure if it helps with admittance. If you have strong scores/grades talk to guidance counselor about nominating for Belk scholarship.</p>
