Chance me: Davidson, Emory, etc

Okay, so college application deadlines are quickly approaching. I'm thinking of applying to Davidson, Emory, GA Tech, and UGA. So here's what I have:

GPA - 3.9 unweighted (95.2 avg)
SAT - 2130 (710 Math, 660 Reading, 760 Writing)

Rigor:

7 Honors courses.

5 APs (Taking 4 Senior Year) that include AP World, AP Physics C, AP Lit, AP Psychology, and AP Calculus AB.

3 Dual Enrolled Courses: (2 Histories and 1 Honors Precalculus*)
*Received the lone B here

Extracurriculars:
Band (4 yrs) - Chosen as Top Freshman, Top Ensemble for 2 years, Leadership Position for Marching Band for 2 years.

National Honor Society (2 yrs) - Treasurer of the club

National Beta Club (2 yrs)

Tri-M Music Honor Society 3 yrs

Debate Team (2 years)

Model UN (2 years) - Received Honored Delegate recognition; also the Vice President

Tutoring ~ 100 hours at the high school level

Mentoring ~ 50 hours for elementary school students

Worked a Part Time job since my sophomore year ~ 1500 hours

So, what does it look like? Does only taking 1 AP course through junior year significantly harm me or is it ok since I am taking 4 this year? Are there other colleges that I'm more suitable for?

Also, I plan on majoring in economics or something business-related such as finance if that matters.

Thanks!

Emory: high match
Davidson: match (this school really likes ECs and community service, which you have a lot of. Emphasize it.)
GA Tech: low match
UG: safety
