Hopkins, Brown, UPenn, and Vandy should all be accepts. It seems nearly impossible for you to look better on paper. Columbia and Harvard are tough though. I think you have good chances at all 3, but once you get into that echelon of universities (way under 10% accept), nobody is a sure thing.
