Chance me Drexel and UDel?

Right now I'm a Junior in highschool and I messed up badly Freshman Year

Right now I'm looking at Chemical Engineering as a major, although I may switch with other engineering majors.

In Freshman Year, I wasn't prepared for the rigor of the school. It was the top school in the state, and I ended up getting a 2.29, with honors Math and honors English.

I realized I was doing bad, and went to an easier, but still respected private school, in Alabama, and got a 3.14 there. This year, I'm ending with a 4.14, with A's in all classes and a B in AP Chem (I was also taking AP English as well).

I've played soccer Freshman and Junior year, skipping out Sophomore year because of ineligibility issues.
Since early sophomore year, I've been volunteering and tutoring kids from public schools who needed help.
I got a 31 flat, all around on the ACT, I haven't taken the SAT yet, and I think I can even bump the ACT up a bit. How slim are my chances at Drexel and UDel? They are basically my all around favorite schools. (Along with Georgia Tech, which I know isn't going to happen)

Drexel: Match
UDel: High match
