I was offered a HAIL interview at michigan but my interviewer never contacted me so I don’t think I’ll get to do it.

Your stats and school record are wonderful for all three. Your ECs are not through the roof So you will have to play them up a good deal. Given that you are in a tough demographic as far as applicants go (Caucasian female Norheast), I know at least for Tulane you are going to have to show a good deal of interest. Maybe Wisconsin and Michigan look more at stats. If that is the case you should be fine, but there are no guarantees. You are totally qualified to study and succeed at all theee, but unfortunately these days being qualified is sometimes not enough. These are all great schools and I think you will get at least one, and it would not be a shocker if you got all three. Nonetheless, I would find a few more places you love to maximize your chances of winding up happy. Best of luck!

Your Math section score is on the low side of admission at CoE. That would be the weakest link.
