Good luck OP. My D will also be applying to WUSTL but RD round. Yes , it’s a reach for her too. She also did an overnight and tour and said that the school does a fantastic job of supporting the students and the facilities were first rate. WashU is always going to be very difficult to get into, ED or not. However, ED would give you a significant boost and if you really want to go here, then definitely give it a shot! You are a great student. Having the ACT that’s lower than their standard doesn’t necessarily mean a definite rejection.
