I’ve been going through old threads where people post their results to JHU ED and their stats (link below). Based on that it seems you have a pretty good chance. Stellar EC’s, good class rank but the only hazard is your SAT. Don’t worry too much about test scores though; A LOT of people get in with under 2100 (contrary to what most CC members think). Just make sure you get some sexy essays and rec’s. Good luck bro! I’m applying ED as well.

No one here really knows. But statistically speaking, since you’re under the top 10% in rank with a very average GPA, and have less than average SATs, it likely will be tougher than what the above poster has stated. The recent class had the following stats:

<a href=“For Media | Hub”>For Media | Hub;

Middle 50th percent SAT I combined score: 1340-1520

Mean unweighted academic GPA: 3.72

Thanks for the opinions guys. My GPA is just low becuase of a less than steller freshmen year. Since then I have been in all honors and AP courses and been getting a 3.7 each year. I just hope addmissions just overlooks one bad year at the start of high school and focuses on the rest of my high school success. It’s a very optomistic hope but I guess we will c best of luck to aruariandance as well.
