Chance me ED to WashU!

I am a US citizen applying from outside of the US (does that mean they review and admit me as an international student?) ED to to WUSTL. Here are my stats!

SAT I: 2160 (Reading 660, Math 710, Writing 790)
ACT: None
SAT II: None
GPA: School doesn't calculate
Class Rank: Top 15%
Senior Course Load: I take the IB Diploma - we apply using predicted grades: 40/45 or 38/42 <-- without ToK and EE

Major Awards: KIS Academic Excellence Scholarship, Scout Leadership and Excellence award

Extracurriculars:
- School Varsity Swimming Captain (team member for all years)
- Club Swimming and Age-group Championships competitions (10 hours of training a week)
- United World Schools Cambodia Fundraising co-captain
- School Senior Orchestra 1st Clarinet position
- Korean Scout (equal in rank with that of a Life Scout - one below Eagle)
- An absolutely fantastic 7 week summer program called Summerbridge where university and high school senior students plan their own lesson and teach underprivileged students in Hong Kong. I taught nutrition this summer, and I have to say it is great. It is also pretty legitimate/well known, as there were Harvard and Cornell students working alongside me as student teachers.
- Beach Cleanup
- School Sports Communications Prefect
- Community service within my Scout activities and outside as well (travelled to Korea to help the mentally disabled with my scout team twice, each in different summers lol)
- A few other roles

Applying as a Medical Anthropology major (as this incorporates nutritional sciences into the program, I thought it would be a fitting major for me to at least apply as).

I'm really bugged about my SAT Reading score, and as I am applying ED, I have no more chances to take the SAT test. Both math and reading are below the 25th percentile, math being at 23% ish and reading seeming to be at the 15% percentile. My writing score is, as it is in most schools, at the 90th to 99th percentile. What do you think about my SAT scores?

I know school performance (i.e. the high school transcript) is more the more important set of numbers that are reviewed; my school only sends the IGCSE grades and IB predicted grades in the high school transcript. I was hoping that since my SAT is a bit below average, that my high school grades would be competitive. I have no idea how to convert my IB grade to match a 4.0 GPA scale, so I want to ask what you guys think.
The predicted grades are, as it says, really only predictions. However, they are taken seriously at universities because of the consistency between the predictions and real results that our teachers make, and the fact that my school sends several kids to HYPSM, Oxford, Cambridge (even last year there were twins who got into Princeton and Dartmouth) shows universities that these predicted grades are quite reliable. These are mine:

HL Art: 6
HL Econ: 6
HL Chem: 6
SL Math: 7
SL English: 6
SL Japanese: 7

I have no idea if these are strong or at least strong relative to my SAT score. My SAT reading section sucks so much it makes me nervous lmao. Can anyone give an opinion? Thanks!

WUSTL ED: Reach

@Catria‌ Thanks! Any more thoughts? Particularly about the IB score.
