Chance me *****es!!!

Chance me please!
Hey! I was wondering if my scores and EC's would be enough to balance a mediocre GPA and get me into one of the lower Ivys (cornell, brown, penn, dartmouth) or other comparable schools (Berkeley, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, Duke, Northwestern). ANY ADVICE/FEEDBACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

GPA: 3.73 unweighted

SAT I: 2010 (One sitting, 600 reading, 800 math, 610 writing)
2210 (Second sitting, 750 reading, 740 math, 720 writing 8 essay)
Superscore 2270

SAT II: 800 Math level II, 750 US History, taking Physics in october

Extracurriculars:
BIG ON MUSIC:

Based on your test scores, ECs, and GPA, you stand a chance at getting into any of these schools. However, because their admissions are so unpredictable, nothing is for sure. Write good essays and make your application great; I’m sure you’ll get into at least one of these schools ;)
