What is your cumulative uwGPA in 4.0 scale? You need to calculate from each grade, not the average % from each year. Also, you are really behind if you are in senior and still do not have a valid SAT or ACT score by now. For international student, SAT 2050 is rather low for UMich, particularly for CoE. It is around the 25th percentile for UMich overall while CoE and international students would have higher requirement. You need to get your real score before posting here again.

With your stat, you may try Purdue.

@Daemon777 - most schools that will accept an international with a 2050 SAT will give little, if any, financial aid. Few public schools give aid to internationals. Your odds of getting accepted to one of the few schools that are need blind and meet full need for internationals are extremely low.

How can your applications be ready when you don’t know which schools you are applying to? Most selective schools have applications supplements that will also need to be completed.

I don’t want to sound discouraging, but you may find it difficult finding a college in the USA that will both accept you and provide the aid you need.
