Chance me? First time!

Hello!
This is my first time posting on CC so hopefully I do it right
Here is some background.
I am currently a senior in high school.
I will be graduating high school with an Associates in Science degree from a Dual-Credit program (I take all my classes at a community college in my area). But, I still apply to all colleges as a freshmen, but will have junior status when (if) I get accepted. Considering I will have this degree (90+ college credits) as a just graduated senior will hopefully give me a leg up (excuse the cliche) in the application process.
I plan on majoring in some type of biology and transferring to a medical school.
So I will be applying to 6 colleges in the next month or so:
University of Washington
Montana State University
MIT (parents are making me, I don’t see a chance or a realistic reason to go)
Johns Hopkins University
University of Portland
University of California: Berkeley

My 9th-11th grade cumulative GPA is 3.65
I don’t currently have my grades for this quarter/year, but I don’t expect them to be anything special… Currently taking Calculus 4, Engineering Physics, and Creative Writing (if that matters)

My first and only SAT is:
670 Critical Writing
740 Mathematics
630 Writing

SAT Subject Tests:
750 Chemistry

I plan on taking the December 5th SAT also.

I am a Caucasian male… Didn’t mention that earlier.
I’m a 14 year trained classical pianist.
I’m the varsity swim captain for my high school.
I’ve been serving root beer floats for 2 hours a week to the elderly at a retirement center for 4 years.
I work a part time job 10 hours a week.
Family life:
This is where things get complicated. My parents are separated, not divorced, they were never married. I had no real sibilings but 4 step sibilings on both sides and a half sibilings. I trade off between houses every single day. Thinking of writing my personal statement because I believe this really defines who I am, and include piano and the other stuff in it of course.

Now for my question: do colleges look at senior grades? Or just take into account the classes you’re taking?
And of course, what are my chances?

Thank you all for your time! Sorry if there is any grammatical errors on this, typing on my phone.

Your cumulative GPA is low for UCB. What is your UC GPA? http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Are you in-state for UCB? Are you in need of FA? If OOS, expect to pay close to full price for UCB at $55K/year.

UCB will not look at Senior grades for admission decisions but you will need to maintain a 3.0 unweighted to keep your provisional admission if accepted.

I am out of state, I live in Washington.
Yes I am in need of financial aid.
Alright thank you for your response! I really appreciate it and will keep that in mind.
Do you know my admission chances for the other colleges by the way?

MIT is a Reach. Not sure about the other schools.

Will chance back!

Senior grades do matter!
With a 3.65 GPA, you will have a rough time at your top choices. I like your ECs a lot though (especially the root beer floats)

MIT - don’t apply
Washington - accepted
Montana - accepted
JHU - reach
UCB - reach
Portland - accepted

Best of luck this fall!

Do you mind chancing me back?
